Frank Piccioli is an Arizona labor executive currently serving as the President of AFSCME Local 2960 and an active Executive Council Member of the Arizona AFL-CIO. He also operates as the AFSCME PEOPLE Political Committee Chair within the state, Chairman of COPCU (Coalition of Phoenix City Unions), and serves nationally as a member of the AFSCME Judicial Panel, acting as a hearing officer to adjudicate internal union constitution and compliance cases.
Professionally aligned with regional administrative operations, Piccioli was appointed to Governor Katie Hobbs' transition team following the 2022 election to assist in organizing the gubernatorial administration.
